Product FAQ
What is the difference between a Solid State (SSD) hard drive and a standard SATA hard drive?
Solid State hard drives have no moving parts and therefore are much more durable than standard (spinning) drives. SSD also features access and transfer rates 200-300% faster than standard hard drives.

What is the difference between resistive and capacitive touch screen technology?
In short, capacitive screens rely on electrical signals to sense touch and are typically found on small devices like cell phones, which are highly responsive but not pressure sensitive. Resistive screens are pressure sensitive and more accurate with touch, making them a better choice for handwriting recognition typically found in larger Tablet PC devices.

How can I add more storage space?
The devices are expandable with external USB flash storage devices, as well as MiniSD, MMC and SIM cards. They can also access online storage files via built-in WLAN, Wi-Fi or 3G connection.

Does my purchase include a 3G wireless data plan?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer wireless data plans with your purchase. Please contact your wireless carrier for more information about wireless data plans.
